Welcome! Our new website is a work in progress, but we hope to become one of your favorite online resources for information about Cuban music, dance, art and culture. We are adding content frequently so sign our email list and revisit the site often for current information about what’s going on in Cuba.
PlazaCUBA’s mission is to foster the investigation and preservation of Cuban music and culture through international collaboration. We are dedicated to bridging the gap between Cuban and American artistic communities, as well as providing a network for participants of PlazaCUBA events to receive and share information. Our goals are supported through our informational website, courses in Cuban music and dance, local events, tours, and more recently the production and promotion of Cuban music on DVD.
