Our Jazz and Culture in Havana program is a rich and highly interactive people-to-people exploration that focuses on Cuba’s music- and dance-centric culture with an emphasis on jazz. Because the program is built around one-on-one interactions with Cubans, you’ll have an opportunity to meet and talk with people from all walks of life, including artists, performers, musicians, students, teachers, farmers and entrepreneurs. You will experience the deep roots of Afro-Cuban jazz as we explore Cuba’s history and music in a variety of excursions and activities, including the Havana Jazz Festival.
As part of our Jazz and Culture program you will be able to attend events of the jazz festival and dozens of other incredible Latin music performances. You will also meet the performers and have one-to-one interaction with artists, getting to know about Cuban culture and sharing stories about American jazz and culture.
Package price includes:
